If it is a given truth that we all agree upon that more exercise is good for us whether or not we also lose weight, then the question is how can we make exercise easier for us to do. How can we encourage those that don’t exercise do some and those that do some do more. I am sure there are lots of creative ways we could think of, I came across this and it is really fun!
